Hennig wins over customer with impressive lead time and price

Outokumpu Stainless needed to replace a 40 ft long walk-on pit cover on their machine, which was made by an Italian OEM. They contacted the original supplier for a cover quote and learned the lead time was 18 weeks, which was too long to wait. They decided to try their luck at Hennig and contacted sales representative Roger Burgess for a quote.  

Hennig’s lead time was just 4 weeks, and the cover price was 50% less than the original OEM quote. The choice was clear - Outokumpu ordered their first walk-on pit cover unit from Hennig. Even more exciting, Okumpuntu was so pleased with the quality of our product and lead time, they ordered a duplicate for the second line.

Recently Roger Burgess visited Outokumpu and was asked to quote another style of custom pit cover, with the potential of multiple units being ordered over time.
