Clamping‪ Pins

Form-fit accuracy and heavy-duty hold—essential for every zero-point setup.

Standard clamping pins provide a secure, precise interface between workpieces or fixtures and SCHUNK’s quick-change pallet modules. These pins use a short taper for form-fit positioning, allowing easy mounting with repeat accuracy better than 0.005 mm. Made of hardened stainless steel, they deliver high clamping forces (up to 50 kN) to securely hold even heavy workpieces during machining. All standard pins share a uniform size that is compatible across SCHUNK’s NSE3 and NSE plus bases, ensuring reliable, mistake-proof setups and significantly reducing changeover time.
