C Series Telescopic Steel Cover and Apron Cover Wipers
All C series telescopic steel cover and apron cover wipers are the same design (except for CL1 style wipers—see here). This series of wipers are made with highly wear-resistant polyurethane lips ensuring optimum resistance to water, coolants, chemicals, and oils.
C2 Style Wipers
The C2 style wiper is the smallest of the C series. This design provides a low-profile mounting height and depth with replaceable wiper lips.
This style of wiper is available with a rubber profile vulcanized on the profiled support for optimum damping properties at high traverse speeds (illustrated below).

C3 Style Wipers
The C3 style wiper ensures durability and rigidity for the box by featuring a wider profile that provides enhanced adhesion during spot-welding. Installation can also be conveniently installed by screwing directly into the box. Additional advantages include the replaceable wiper lips for easy maintenance and a low-profile mounting height.

C6 Style Wipers
- Can be replaced directly on the machine without disassembling the cover
- Time saving and cost-effective
- Enlarged return gutter to ensure a rapid draining of the coolant

- Replaceable profile (shown in blue) is fixed with spring clamps
- Solid profile support (shown in red) is welded with the box plate and remains on the cover
