Slytek Machine Intelligence | CNC Monitoring & OEE Software

Run faster, smarter, and more profitably with Manufacturing Intelligence that eliminates downtime, optimizes throughput, and empowers your team.

Slytek Machine Intelligence

Stop Guessing. Run Your Shop On Facts.

Slytek is a shop-floor intelligence platform that connects your machines, people, and processes into one clear view of performance. Shop-Flow Intelligence (SFI) unifies real-time data across your machines and peripherals, and the Tool Optimization System (TOS) responds at the spindle with intelligent adaptive controls to protect tools, reduce cycle time, and prevent failures.
Key Benefits
10–30% higher machine utilization on average
20–50% reduction in unplanned downtime events
Time-to-first-signal as little as 3 days
Pays for itself in as little as 6 months from combined uptime and cost improvements
Single source of truth across mixed-brand fleets
Custom Options
MES and ERP Integrations
Custom dashboard development
Multi-site deployments
Advanced analytics packages

Why does this matter for you?

With that combination, your team stops guessing from spreadsheets and siloed tools and can see what is running, what is down, and why, then act on the real constraints in your flow and unlock more throughput with the equipment you already own. Slytek is available today for a wide range of compatible CNC and control brands.

Build a Plan for Your Shop

Manufacturers want to grow, but they do not have a clear, timely view of what is happening on the shop-floor. Days get consumed by unplanned downtime, chasing quality issues, and scrambling to keep promises to customers. Without trustworthy, everyday visibility, it is very hard to move from putting out fires to running a stable, predictable operation.

Slytek gives your team a clear, shared view of your machines, people, and processes, then uses that insight to guide how your equipment runs, spot issues earlier, and unlock more throughput with the resources you already have.

Onboarding Program

Our onboarding program gets shops from install to actionable insights in weeks, not months. Start focused, prove value fast, then expand.

  1. Connect

Connect priority machines, stand up dashboards & alerts — first signals in as little as 3 days.

  2. Deploy

Add MES & ERP sync, maintenance workflows, and document early wins — full deployment in 2–4 weeks.

  3. Expand

Ongoing continuous improvement — expand to additional machines, move from SFI monitoring to TOS adaptive controls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Slytek works with a wide range of modern and legacy CNC machines and control brands. Our hardware and adapters are designed to overlay mixed fleets, not replace them. Our TOS software is not yet compatible with Haas or Hurco machines, however the SFI software is compatible with all machines.

Most shops start seeing live signals and basic dashboards within 1–3 days after installation. We focus the first phase on connecting your priority machines, getting status and alarms visible, and setting up alerts. From there, we can add OEE, operator inputs, and ERP connections as your team is ready, instead of trying to do everything at once.

No, you do not need to replace your ERP or MES. Slytek is built to sit alongside your existing systems and feed them cleaner, more consistent data. We can integrate with many common ERPs and use Slytek as the real-time layer for machine and process data, while your ERP remains the system of record for orders, inventory, and finance.

We guide you through an early onboarding period that focuses on the first 30 days. That includes installation, configuration, basic training, and regular check-ins to make sure operators and leaders know how to use the screens and dashboards. We also provide coaching and support after the system goes live so Slytek becomes part of daily reviews and decision making, not just another screen on the wall.

Some monitoring systems only look at power draw and try to infer what is happening from that signal. Slytek connects directly to your machines and operators, which means you can see part counts, program information, downtime reasons, and key process conditions, not just whether a machine is on or off. That deeper view lets you trust your OEE, find the real constraints, and make decisions that hold up over time.

Tool monitoring systems are great at catching breakage and wear on individual tools, but they do not show you the full picture of production. Slytek gives you tool and process visibility as part of a broader view that includes machine status, OEE, operators, and peripherals. You can use it to reduce scrap and tool costs and also to improve scheduling, uptime, and overall throughput across the shop.

Some platforms are designed to let you build almost anything, but they require significant time, budget, and technical expertise to get value. Slytek is purpose-built for machine and process visibility, so you get a clear starting point, a faster deployment, and pricing that matches what you actually need. You still have flexibility and integration timelines, but you do not have to build your own apps or custom IoT stack just to see what your machines are doing.
