Magyver Plate

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Easily adapts fixtures with smaller footprints to machines with larger pallets.

Features

Designed to fit most standardized machine pallets and fixtures.

  • 400mm fixture > 500mm machine pallet
  • 500mm fixture > 630mm machine pallet
  • 630mm fixture > 800mm machine pallet
The Magyver plate can be located with edge pads or with the 50mm center bushing.
Uses standardized mounting holes for use on both metric and imperial machine pallets (1/2”, 5/8”, M12, or M16 mounting holes).
T-slots allow fastening to almost any mounting hole pattern (inch or metric) on various fixtures, tombstones, or sub plates.
Standard versions step down one machine size, ie 500mm pallet >400mm fixture. Optional edge locators allow for  stepping down multiple machine sizes, ie 630mm>400mm.
Comes with standard 5/8”-11 and M16 T-Nuts for 18mm T-Slots (standard T-Nuts also available in 1/2”-13 and M12).
Center hole cover allows operators to blow chips out through the T-slots without interfering with the center locating bushing.
Options
400mm fixture > 500mm machine pallet
500mm fixture > 630mm machine pallet
630mm fixture > 800mm machine pallet
