5-Axis Pyramids

5-Axis Pyramids

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Our private-label 5-axis pyramids clamp directly to CNC machine tool tables, enabling multiple parts to be secured on the industry standard 2" grid in a single setup while providing full access to all surfaces. Not only do these pyramids help by reducing setup time and improving production efficiency, these pyramids optimize machining operations. Designed with optimal face angles, they also minimize tool deflection, prevent collisions, and ensure superior part accuracy and surface finish.

Key Features
Grid holes, bushings, and inserts are available for both 1/2" and 5/8" systems
Hardened, threaded inserts allow for clamping in every hole while offering quick and easy replaceability
Hardened, precision bushings are accurately located to ensure easy locating coupled with high wear resistance
Replacement bushings and insert kits with an extraction tool are available upon request
