AMROK Fixture Plate with 5th Axis Workholding Components

An AMROK Fixture Plate ties together this collaborative workholding setup between AMROK and 5th Axis Workholding atop the HAAS TR210 5 axis indexer. The locating of a 5th Axis Aluminum, low-profile base onto the 2-inch grid of the AMROK fixture plate allows for the mounting of a 5th Axis DM12 Pyramid Dovetail Top Tooling.

The four-sided pyramid fixturing system includes a Poka-Yoke feature, with both a machined slot and a locating pin-like feature to ensure error prevention and machining accuracy. The trunnion table rotation coupled with the fixture plate rotation allows a complete, 5-axis machining solution.
