IMTS 2026 - One Booth, the Whole Ecosystem

Everything you need: workholding, chip conveyors, coolant management, tool clamping maintenance, machine protection, automation, and the software watching all of it. Seven systems, one team, 5,950 square feet. This is the first IMTS with all of it under one name.

What to see, where, and who to ask
Seven Systems on the Floor

Workholding

Featuring:

  • AMROK Tombstones, including NEW AMROK Select
  • SwissMODULAR by Hennig
  • Premium workholding products

Modular by design. Simple by nature. Build limitless configurations right at the table, no fuss, no downtime. AMROK tombstones and swissMODULAR and other premium workholding systems are on display in the booth.

Chip Conveyors

Featuring:

  • Hinge-belt Chip Conveyor
  • Scraper-belt Chip Conveyor

Chips are what stops an unattended cell at 2am. Tell us your worst material: stringy stainless, cast iron fines, aluminum swarf... and we will tell you which belt geometry and filtration actually clears it. Conveyors sized to your machine, not to a page in a catalog.

Coolant Management

Featuring:

  • DiscFlow Filtration
  • PureFlow Filtration
  • UltraFlow/VariFlow/EcoFlow High-Pressure Coolant Systems

Multiple answers to the same problems that every shop goes up against, and the right one depends on your material and your specific application. CDF filtration, VariFlow high-pressure delivery and MistFlow mist collection are all running live at the booth, not sitting dry.

Slytek Machine Intelligence

Featuring:

  • ShopFlow Intelligence (SFI)
  • Tooling Optimization System (TOS)

Utilization, downtime reason codes, process monitoring, OEE, spindle-load thresholds and adaptive feedrate. All data that is pulled off real machines and on screen all week.

Machining Automation

Featuring:

  • WorkFlow Automated Pallet Delivery

One operator, forty pallets, jobs swapping in and out with nobody loading every part. Come for the cell layout, the pallet count, and an honest answer about which of your jobs are worth automating first, and which are not.

Tool Clamping Systems

Featuring:

  • OTT-JAKOB Power-Check 2 and Power-Check Magazine
  • OTT-JAKOB Drawbars

A drawbar losing clamping force does not announce itself. It shows up as a scrapped part or a spindle rebuild. Power-Check 2 measures the force so you find out before either one. Also ask about new drawbar designs and precision spindle shaft manufacturing.

Machine Protection

Featuring:

  • Telescopic Steel Way Covers
  • Bellows
  • Way Wipers
  • Telescopic Springs
  • XY Face Shields
  • Roll-up Doors & Aprons

The original Hennig product, and still the reason most shops know the name. Built to the machine — including the machines nobody supports any more. Bring a photo and a model number; we have almost certainly covered one before.

Mist Collection

Featuring:

  • MistFlow mist collection systems

Oil mist off a hard-turning operation, smoke off a heavy cut, and coolant mist that would otherwise settle on the floor, on the machine, and in your operators’ lungs. MistFlow pulls it at the enclosure before it becomes a housekeeping line item or an air-quality citation.

Seven More Booths Across the Show

Power-Check 2 + Power-Check Magazine

Learn how to monitor spindle drawbar clamping force and use preventative maintenance to protect your machine, part quality, and cutting tools. This hands-on demo will show how low pull-in force can impact machining performance, how measuring trends can help identify potential issues before they lead to unplanned downtime, and how taper adapters and complete kits make the Power Check 2 compatible with standard CNC machine tools.

Chip & Coolant Management

Learn how pre-filtration can help keep your coolant tank cleaner and protect your CNC machine from contaminants before they become a problem. This demo will compare weep holes, filter boxes, and DiscFlow filtration, explaining how each option works and when to use them. We’ll also break down the difference between pre-filtration and post-collection filtration and how the right filtration strategy can help extend coolant life, reduce contamination, and protect your spindle and other critical machine components.
