Martin Trunnion Table with Schunk Vero S, AMROK CDV and TRIAG Workholding

In this 4-axis setup, Schunk Vero-s Mini Clamping Modules are inserted into a custom Stallion Trunnion Table by Martin Trunnions. In operation A, the raw parts are clamped via the AMROK Centering Dovetail Vise. The Custom AMROK fixture plate, fitted with Schunk clamping pins, is attached to the trunnion by the Schunk Vero-S receivers.

Operation B showcases the removal of the dovetail from the finished pieces. The TRIAG Base Rail is mounted to the custom fixture plate, and TRIAG PowerClamp modules hold the parts. This setup utilizes the capabilities of four different workholding solutions and allows for 4th axis machining.
