Alignment Pallets for 5-Axis CNC Fixture Setup

5th Axis Alignment Pallets

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Alignment pallets are precision tools that are installed in the base and indicated in with a probe to calibrate and set the work offset for the quick-change RockLock system. With 8 µm repeatability, these pallets ensure that every fixture you mount will be located accurately. They are essentially reference plates that simulate a "perfect fixture," allowing you to square your base to the machine axes during setup.

Key Features
High Accuracy Establishes reference zero point with 0.008 mm of accuracy via a dial indicator or touch probe to tram the base parallel to machine axes
Strong Made of hardened, ground steel with precision dowel pins or reference bores
Reliable Ensures all future quick-change swaps are located correctly without re-indicating each time
