Double Station Pin Vises for 5-Axis CNC Workholding

5th Axis Double-Station Pin Vises

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Double-station pin vises are a hybrid design featuring a "stripped-down" and lightweight vise body with two clamping stations. Cost-effective and compact, these vises are ideal for automating high-volume runs. Pin vises use a skeletonized frame and a pin-like center jaw, reducing weight while still providing rigid clamping. The small footprint allows you to fit more vises on one base, enabling more parts per cycle. Equipped with hardened serrated jaw inserts for grip and an optional dovetail feature for harder materials, there is a lot to love about this vise.
