Round Bar Fixtures for 5-Axis CNC Workholding

5th Axis Round Bar Fixtures

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Round bar fixtures are specialized for clamping cylindrical stock including bars, shafts, and tubes using collets. A quick and efficient fixture for holding round stock, the round bar fixtures eliminate the need for a dedicated lathe chuck. Just insert the appropriate standard ER collet, and your round part is centered and gripped for multi-axis machining.

Key Features
Secure Hold Standard ER collets (ER32 or ER40) securely hold cylindrical workpieces
5-Axis Capable Expose the full circumference for milling with 5-axis machining of round parts
