Locating Rails

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Mitee-Bite locating rails provide a stable reference surface for parts that are edge-clamped in custom-made fixtures. These hardened steel rails mount to baseplates or pallets and are available in multiple profiles to match difference part geometries. Locating rails speed up steup by allowing operators to push parts directly against a known stop before clamping—no need for re-indicating or adjusting the part.

Key Features
Quick Part Location Set up workpieces consistently without re-indicating
Multiple Profiles Choose flat, V, or contoured rail styles to match parts
Hardened Steel Body Maintains accuracy and edge integrity over time
Fixture-Friendly Mounts directly to baseplates, tombstones, or pallets
Time-Saving Setup Reduces setup time and improves repeatability
