Machinable Fixture Clamps

Machinable Fixture Clamps

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Machinable fixture clamps from Mitee-Bite combine the holding power of traiditional edge clamps with a custom-machinable jaw surface. The aluminum jaw block can be milled to match the shape of the workpiece, giving maximum contact and support during a machining cycle. This reduces part distortion and allows for a higher precision part with complex or contoured parts. Ideal for prototyping or small-run production scenarios.

Key Features
Custom Fit Machine the clamp force to match your part geometry
Gentle Yet Strong Maintains high clamping force without marring surfaces
Low Profile Keeps the top of the part clear for machining
Ideal for Odd Shapes Adapts to cast, curved, or non-standard parts
Reusable Design Swap or re-machine jaws for different jobs

Notes:

  • G – Amount of machinable stock.
  • H – Distance to drill & tap hole from edge of workpiece to use flat face.
  • Every package includes one machining screw.
