Uniforce Clamps

Uniforce Clamps

Quality is built on a precision foundation

Uniforce clamps generate a strong lateral force using a single cam-driven screw that pushes the part into a fixed rail or locator. Their low profile and simultaneous jaw movement make them ideal for holding two or more parts at once in tight spaces. The steel jaws can be replaced with machinable aluminum inserts for custom setups. Great for repeat production, tombstone fixturing, or when maximizing machine table space.

Key Features
Clamp Multiple Parts Secure two or more workpieces with one screw
Back-to-Back Motion Jaws move simultaneously to avoid part shift
High-Densiry Fixturing Designed for crowded fixturing setups and small-part runs
Replaceable Jaws Hardened or machinable options available

How Much Is Setup Time Costing You?

Every changeover means idle spindle time. Multi-part fixturing slashes setup frequency — so your machines spend more hours cutting and less time waiting.
