Clamping ‪Pins‪ for‪ Flexible ‪Mounting

Designed to compensate for misalignment—perfect for irregular setups.

Clamping pins designed for flexible mounting offer adaptable ways to fasten pins to a workpiece, accommodating setups that standard pins can’t. These pins feature a through-hole design for mounting with a separate screw, which allows slight adjustment to correct for any minor thread misalignment during installation. Certain low-profile models require as little as 3.5 mm of material thickness to mount, enabling even thin plates or sheet-metal parts to utilize zero-point clamping. By providing alternative attachment methods (such as top-side bolting or shallow mounting), flexible-mount pins let you integrate the SCHUNK quick-change system into challenging or custom applications while still ensuring a secure, precise hold and repeatable positioning in every use.
