KONTEC KSC-D Dual-Station Vise

KONTEC KSC-D Dual-Station Vise

Double the Clamping. Half the Setup Time.

The SCHUNK KNOTEC KSC-D is a dual-station vise (or double vise) engineered for machining multiple parts on one setup. With a patented "third-hand" function that securely holds the first workpiece while the second hand is actuated, this vise is a total standout. This vise's extremely flat design and light weight make it ideal for automation setups including locading and high-volume production.

Key Features
Third-Hand Function Innovatively holds two workpieces independently; load the first part and it will stay clamped with spring tension while the other part is positioned
Low-Profile Extremely flat build, maximizing vertical space and minimizing deflection
Rigid Construction Clamping is done by tension/pull-down rather than push, preventing base body bending even under high forces
High Clamping Forces & Reliability Each station supplies strong clamping force for secure machining applications; low-maintenance operation enabled by encapsulated spindle and base jaws
VERO-S Quick-Change Interface Comes ready to integrate with SCHUNK's VERO-S zero-point system, drastically reducing changeover time in automated cells
Available Accessories Compatible with the broader KSC family of jaws and accessories
