Trusted quick-change performance with up to 40 kN of pull-in force.

VERO-S NSE Plus for Standard Machining

Reliable Quick-Change Pallet System for Demanding Applications

The VERO-S NSE plus is the predecessor to the NSE3 in quick-change pallet systems, known for its versatility and high clamping forces. It introduced the uniform clamping in size across the series, enabling maximum flexibility to mix and match fixtures on all modules. The NSE plus uses sping-actuated clamping and pneumatic release, combining safety with speed. It's an ideal zero-point system for general milling applications, delivering up to 40 kN of pull-in force for secure, precision clamping.

Key Features
Proven High Clamping Force Patented dual-stroke actuation with a turbo function allows NSE plus modules to reach pull-in forces up to g40 kN, ensuring extremely rigid workholding suitable for heavy-duty milling
Turbo Feature Uses compressed air to super-charge the spring packs, boosting clamping force by as much as 300% when needed
Fail-Safe Spring Clamping Clamp via strong springs and unlock pneumatically at 6 bar—if air pressure is removed, the system remains securely locked by spring force (self-locking), so workpieces won’t loosen during a pressure drop
Universal Pin Compatibility The same clamping pin interface is shared between all models, guaranteeing that any fixture or vise equipped with SCHUNK clamping pins will fit any module
Sealed & Maintenance-Free Corrosion-resistant, hardened, and fully sealed against coolant and chips, these modules are essentially maintenance-free in operation, ideal for daily use on machining centers
Accurate and Fast Positioning Centering via short tapers and locking via dual clamping slides give the system a repeat positioning accuracy of <0.005 mm—exchange pallets quickly and trust that each new setup will be precisely aligned
